Digital Products & Subscriptions

All purchases of digital products and subscriptions from FibroFlow are final and non-refundable; once an item is bought, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Please ensure you want the product before purchasing.

Our refund policy exists because of the unique nature of digital goods: once accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned or rescinded, and we must safeguard our business against misuse.

We invest significant time, expertise, and resources in developing each product and ensure our materials deliver genuine value to our community.

The creation and delivery of our digital content involve careful research, professional design, and ongoing improvements so our customers receive reliable, high-quality support for fibromyalgia management — making refund exceptions unsustainable for our mission.

Refunds / Returns:

Refunds requests will be discussed ONLY in the case of the following:

  • Duplicate purchases (accidental multiple payments for the same product)

  • Technical errors preventing access to your purchase

We do not offer refunds for reasons unrelated to technical errors or duplicate purchase.

For these issues, contact customer support within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the error and offer either a refund or a resend of the digital product.
